Phil Pickwick from Pickwick Consulting Ltd, led a vital performance improvement study for us, for which results would assist key inputs to major decision making with the telecoms regulator, the study was sponsored by the Chief Financial Officer.

Phil was selected for this role because of his attention to detail, his professional approach to the task, his working knowledge of time & motion work and his awareness of both the task and ‘people’ elements of the job.

Phil provided sound input and devised a robust methodology for data capture. He identified and resolved a number of detailed issues at the outset that resulted in the smooth running of the project once the data capture phase of the project started. He developed a good rapport with the Engineers that served the project objectives and the team well. Phil visited a number of the engineers at their sites around the UK, and maintained a constant and vigilant approach to monitoring progress. He did this whilst maintaining good humour and quickly winning the respect of his team.
